Cancellation policy

RED Delight's cancellation policy states that a customer must contact Red Delight at hello@chocolette.com and request cancellation. We will do out best to cancel the order but based on when your order is received and picked up by our shipper ( USPS, UPS, FEDEX) will affect our ability to not ship the product. Please understand that some order turn around times can be as quick as 1 hour based on when order was received and time of year.
