I love letting the squares melt in my mouth. Totally satisfies my chocolate craving.
Also had a delivery delayed by UPS and it arrived melted in the soggy box with warm ice packs. Red Delight sent me a speedy replacement, for which I am most grateful.

Good Sugar Free Chocolate, Need Better Shipping
We love the taste of the sugar free chocolate. However, during the summer, the cold packs that are sent with the product are insufficient to keep the product cold enough to prevent changes to the chocolate.
